SENIOR PROM-There will be a prom committee meeting today at the start of lunch in Ms. Boutilier's room; 1205.

BIKE CLUB-Bike club will be held Wednesday and Friday at 12:15pm for any interested students. Please see Mr. Boudreau today at noon in the gym to register. Prizes are available but students must register today to be eligible for the prize draw.

LIBRARY BOOK RETURN DEADLINE-All library books are due back in the Library by this Friday, unless other arrangements have been made with Mr. Moore. Textbooks can also be returned to the Library if you can't return them to your teachers.

EXAM FORMS - Exam Exemption (Seniors) & Permission to Leave Early forms ( Gr 9-12) are available for pick up now in the main foyer. Exam Exemption forms must be returned by Wednesday, June 14th at 3pm and Permission to Leave the Exam Room Early forms are due by 3pm on Monday, June 19th. The lists of students that are eligible to exempt from a June Exam are now posted. Students that are eligible are listed by grade in the main foyer where exam forms (including the exam schedule) are available. Exemption eligibility may be revoked. Attendance requirements must be maintained until June 16th.

SENIOR PROM  - FORMS AND FEES SIGNED AND RETURNED- All students attending Senior Prom need to have their blue “Senior Prom Contract” completed, signed, and passed in by June 19th.  Any Senior High student bringing a guest to Senior Prom must have their green “Prom Guest Contract” completed, signed, and passed in by June 19th.

2017 GRADS-The vote for graduation guest speaker closes today at 3pm on the Potential Grad Google Classroom. Potential grads are reminded to be sure to get your suggestions in before the deadline! The last Grad Rehearsal will be Thursday, June 22nd at 12pm. It is a very important meeting so please make arrangements to be there!

REPORTING AND EXCUSING STUDENT ABSENCES-If a parent or guardian wishes to report and/or excuse a student absence, please call the attendance line – available 24 hours a day – by dialing the main school telephone number and pressing “1.” Written notes will also be accepted at the main office. In order for an absence to be excused, we must receive notice within three school days of the absence. Emails and calls to the main office line will not be accepted.

HELP KEEP OUR HALLWAYS CLEAN-Students are asked not to leave their book bags and/or knapsacks in the hallways unattended. Food and drinks are permitted in the cafeteria and outside only, please be sure to utilize the recyclable and garbage bins available throughout the building. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter!

POTENTIAL GRADS-SCHOLARSHIPS & BURSARIES-Potential Grads are reminded to check in the outer guidance office for scholarship/bursary applications on the "Scholarship Table". Please see Ms. MacKenzie Boudreau for more information.

SIGN IN-All students are reminded to sign-in at the main office if you arrive after the 8:50am bell, which marks the beginning of first class. Even for Senior High students, these will only be "excused" if we have a parent's sign-in signature, phone call, or a note.

ELEVATOR USE-Unless a student has permission from the Main Office and a specific need to use the elevator, it is off limits for student use.

LOST & FOUND-Please check the Lost & Found outside the Cafeteria for any missing items. Smaller items such as eyeglasses, jewellery or electronics may be at the Main Office.
