GIRLS SOFTBALL - There will be a very important Girls Softball meeting tomorrow (Wednesday, May 31st) at the start of lunch in Ms. Boutilier's room; 1205.

BAKE SALE - There will be a Bake Sale today & Wednesday at lunch. Popcorn, Lemonade and sweets-$1 each!

PROM COMMITTEE - There will be a prom committee meeting after school today for 30 minutes - please meet in the cafeteria!

JUNIOR BOYS SOFTBALL - The Junior Boys Softball Team is asked to meet in Mr. Hammer's room; 2211 at recess.

SENIOR PROM AND JUNIOR YEAR-END DANCE - FORMS AND FEES SIGNED AND RETURNED- Posted in the main office window is a list of students who need to pay fees or pass in forms in order to be eligible to attend the Senior High Prom and the Junior Year-End Dance. If you plan to attend either of these events, you will need to make sure your name is off the list. The deadline is May 31st. All students attending Senior Prom need to have their blue “Senior Prom Contract” completed, signed, and passed in by June 19th.  Any Senior High student bringing a guest to Senior Prom must have their green “Prom Guest Contract” completed, signed, and passed in by June 19th. Also a reminder that Grade 12 students are required to pay the Grad/Prom Fee to be eligible to attend Senior Prom! Guest Slips for the Junior Year-End Dance are available now at the main office and are due back by May 31st.

2017 GRADS-All Potential Grads need to regularly check the Potential Grad Google Classroom and their GNSPES emails for upcoming graduation announcements, meetings and information.  This will be the main communication method that will be used to send information out to all potential grads. If you are not in the Potential Grad Google Classroom, you need to see Mr. White to be added!

REPORTING AND EXCUSING STUDENT ABSENCES-If a parent or guardian wishes to report and/or excuse a student absence, please call the attendance line – available 24 hours a day – by dialing the main school telephone number and pressing “1.” Written notes will also be accepted at the main office. In order for an absence to be excused, we must receive notice within three school days of the absence. Emails and calls to the main office line will not be accepted.

HELP KEEP OUR HALLWAYS CLEAN-Students are asked not to leave their book bags and/or knapsacks in the hallways unattended. Food and drinks are permitted in the cafeteria and outside only, please be sure to utilize the recyclable and garbage bins available throughout the building. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter!

POTENTIAL GRADS-SCHOLARSHIPS & BURSARIES-Potential Grads are reminded to check in the outer guidance office for scholarship/bursary applications on the "Scholarship Table". Please see Ms. MacKenzie Boudreau for more information.

SIGN IN-All students are reminded to sign-in at the main office if you arrive after the 8:50am bell, which marks the beginning of first class. Even for Senior High students, these will only be "excused" if we have a parent's sign-in signature, phone call, or a note.

ELEVATOR USE-Unless a student has permission from the Main Office and a specific need to use the elevator, it is off limits for student use.

LOST & FOUND-Please check the Lost & Found outside the Cafeteria for any missing items. Smaller items such as eyeglasses, jewellery or electronics may be at the Main Office.
